Born and raised in Augusta, Georgia, Patrick attended The Citadel, the Military College of South Carolina. After graduating, Patrick spent several years serving working with nonprofit organizations throughout the United States. Through these unique experiences, Patrick was able to help others, and to improve the communities he served. It was that new-found perspective, that led Patrick to pursue a legal career.
Patrick attended law school in Birmingham, Alabama at Samford University’s Cumberland School of Law. While in school, Patrick clerked for the Honorable David Proctor of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Alabama and also balanced his studies with extracurricular activities including acting in regional theater. While in law school, Patrick met and married his wife, the former Laura Lundy of Cedartown, Georgia.
Licensed to practice in Georgia, South Carolina and Alabama, Patrick is equipped to pursue justice and fair compensation for his clients. His focus includes product liability, toxic torts, car wrecks and serious personal injury. As an attorney with Childers, Schlueter and Smith, Patrick invests great care and attention to detail in each of his clients’ cases.
