Darren M. Tobin

Darren was born in Johannesburg, South Africa and raised in London, England and Atlanta, Georgia.  Darren graduated magna cum laude from the University of Georgia with a double major before attending law school at the University of Georgia School of Law.

While in law school, Darren competed in national Moot Court tournaments, and served on the Moot Court and Honor Court executive boards.  He also served as an advisor to the University Judiciary. During both his undergraduate studies and graduate studies, Darren worked as a tutor for the University’s football players, many of whom currently play in the NFL.

The entirety of Darren’s career has been focused as a trial attorney.  Prior to joining Childers, Schlueter & Smith, LLC, Darren litigated cases for one of the State’s premier boutique litigation firms.  Having negotiated multiple settlements and successfuly tried cases throughout the State, Darren has dedicated his career to representing individuals’ rights.  Darren focuses on mass tort, products liability, and serious automobile and tractor-trailer collisions.

In his free time, Darren enjoys running with his wife, and playing soccer and softball.
